The DX-DO3000 Online Dissolved Oxygen Meter, developed by Wuxi Daoxin Technology, is a powerful and dependable tool for continuous DO monitoring in complex industrial environments. It integrates advanced optical luminescent sensing technology, ensuring stable and drift-free measurement without the need for regular membrane replacement or electrolyte refilling.

Designed for versatility, the DX-DO3000 offers two sensor options:

  • Maintenance-free fluorescence sensor - Ideal for wastewater and aquaculture applications
  • Polarographic membrane sensor - Suited for controlled laboratory or bioprocessing environments

Both variants support high-resolution detection (0.01 mg/L) and deliver rapid response times of less than 10 seconds, ensuring accurate feedback in dynamic systems.

The analyzer features a wide temperature compensation range from 0°C to 80°C, with automatic or manual calibration options. Its rugged 316L stainless steel construction offers excellent resistance to corrosion, scaling, and environmental contaminants, extending the lifespan of the sensor in aggressive applications.

Output options include 4-20mA current loop and RS485 Modbus RTU communication, making integration into centralized control systems simple and effective. The device supports AC220V or DC24V power input, suitable for both fixed and mobile monitoring setups.

Installation is flexible with wall-mount, immersion, or flow-through configurations available. Optional self-cleaning devices and anti-fouling sensor shields can be integrated to further reduce maintenance efforts in high-biofilm environments.
